When booking, please pay cheque to Rugby Excellence and post to Rugby Excellence 38/1 Woodhall Millbrae, Juniper Green, Edinburgh, EH14 5BH By clicking the send button you indicate that you agree to the terms of the players contract opposite.

Booking Conditions

Parents/carers must agree and accept the conditions below before booking.

1. Rugby Excellence reserve the right to exclude or refuse any player at any time prior to, or during the clinic, if in our opinion the player is not compatible with the general enjoyment and wellbeing of the clinic. Any additional costs involved in repatriation will be at the parents’/guardians’ expense.
2. We do not accept liability for the personal injury, or the death, of any participant howsoever caused. We do not accept liability for loss or damage, or stolen property belonging to, or travelling with a participant. We do not accept any responsibility for losses or additional expense due to sickness, weather, strikes, riots, war, quarantine or any other cause.
3. Participants may wish to effect their own personal accidental insurance, and cover for belongings.
4. We reserve the right to cancel, alter or amend, the date or venue of the clinic. Players unable to attend the new clinic will receive full clinic refund only.
5. In case of cancellation by Rugby Excellence will refund the full course fee, but will not be responsible for any further compensation.
6. In the case of cancellation of a booking, on your behalf, the player must notify Head Office immediately. All cancellations will be acknowledged and must be received 30 days prior to the clinic, otherwise a £20 handling fee will be incurred.
7. Players who cannot attend the full clinic week through injury, illness, or for some other reason, will not be entitled to any refund, or form of compensation.
8. The players’ parents’/guardians’ consent to the use of any pictures taken at the clinic, of their child, being used for advertising or promotion only.
9. Only applications for ages 7 to 16-year-olds accepted.
10. Parents to inform Clinic of participant’s non-attendance during clinic, preferably before 10am.
11. Whilst we will endeavour to provide a celebrity player at our clinics, we reserve the right to make changes or withdraw the proposal, if necessary, due to any circumstances beyond our control.
12. An email address is required for confirmation of booking.
13. Rugby Excellence will not contact parents/carers to remind them of date/time/venue of clinic booked - it is the responsibility of the parent/carer.
14. Confirmation of booking is by email only.
15. No ‘nut’ food additives in packed lunches.
16. ‘Drop-off’ time no earlier than 9am. ‘Pick-up’ time no later than 15 minutes after the end of the clinic.
17. All players attending the clinic must have fun and enjoy the experience.
