Celebrating our 20th Year
Ian McLean worked for nine years as a Development Officer for SRU. He was a coach for Scotland’s under 19’s, coached womans National Team and played/coached for a number of top Scottish clubs. At present, he is Head of Sports and Golf at Elmwood College in Fife. He says... "The coaching programme for Rugby Excellence will be modern, innovative and player centred. This will allow boys and girls to develop at their own pace in an atmosphere of fun and safety into effective performers, while valuing the essentials of good sportsmanship."
